MS-A3 Sharp Point Tester

Product Application：

Used to detect the presence of hazardous sharp points in accessible areas of toys.

Usage and Instructions:

Place the sharp point tester on the accessible point and check if the tested point can be inserted into the sharp point tester to the specified depth. When the tested point is inserted into the measuring slot and subjected to 1 pound of external force, if the indicator light turns on, the point is judged as a sharp point.
Splinters in wooden toys are considered dangerous sharp points and must not be present on toys.
The sensor head must be adjusted according to regulations before each inspection to ensure accurate and sensitive detection.
To adjust the sharp point tester, first loosen the locking ring, then rotate it to move it forward towards the indicator device far enough to reveal the calibration reference scale on the circle. Rotate the measuring cap clockwise until the indicator light turns on. Then rotate the measuring cap counterclockwise until the appropriate micrometer marking aligns with the calibration scale. Finally, turn the locking ring until it touches the measuring cap to fix the measuring cap in place.
