Microcomputer-Controlled Automatic Impact Testing Machine

Performance Description

  • This machine is mainly used to determine the impact resistance performance of metallic materials under dynamic load, so as to evaluate the properties of materials under dynamic loading. It can measure and display impact absorbed energy, impact toughness, pendulum lifting angle and test average value, and can print the current test data as well as the average value.
  • This is a microcomputer-controlled automatic impact testing machine adopting PC microcomputer control, with functions including electric pendulum lifting, impact loading, microcomputer-based measurement and calculation, digital display of results on the screen, and data printing. It features high working efficiency and high testing accuracy. After impact testing, the residual energy can be utilized to automatically lift the pendulum and get ready for the next test. The operation is simple and efficient. Its advantages are more prominent in laboratories conducting continuous impact tests and in metallurgy, machinery manufacturing and other industries with large-volume impact testing requirements. The computer can perform calculation and digital display of material properties.
