1.General description of the machine:

•  The xenon arc lamp, which can simulate the full solar spectrum, is used to reproduce the destructive light waves existing in different environments, which can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated test for scientific research, product development and quality control.
• SN type xenon arc lamp test chamber can be used to select new materials, change existing materials or evaluate the changes in durability after changing the composition of materials. It can well simulate the changes produced by materials exposed to sunlight under different environmental conditions.
• Aging tests are carried out by exposing material samples to xenon arc lamp light and heat radiation to evaluate the quality of certain products under the action of high temperature light source

5. Introduction of the overall structure

• The entire cabinet shell is finished with exquisite paint; the inner walls of the laboratory are made of SUS304 high-grade corrosion-resistant mirror stainless steel, featuring a rational structure design, excellent manufacturing process, and attractive appearance both inside and out. According to the temperature requirements of the laboratory, the insulation layer thickness is designed to be 100mm. (The top is equipped with a light source box, featuring advanced design and an openable structure for easy maintenance and repair of the lamp tubes.)
• The insulation material between the inner box and the outer box is high-quality ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, which plays a good role in cold or heat insulation.
• The door and the door frame are sealed with imported sealing materials and unique silicone seal structure, which has good sealing performance.
• Test chamber door structure: single  Door lock, hinge and other hardware accessories are «KUNLONG» original accessories.
• The air duct in the box adopts a double circulation system, which is composed of a long shaft axial fan, stainless steel multi-wing centrifugal fan and circulation air  The upper and lower air inlet and outlet and the lower air inlet make the temperature in the box uniform, improve the air flow, heating and cooling capacity, and greatly improve the temperature and humidity uniformity of the test box.
