Operating Principle

  • Split-type design: The instrument host, display, stirrer, titration module, and reagent bottle rack are all independently installed separately. They can be installed in appropriate positions according to actual needs, with a wide range of applications.
  • Convenient maintenance: Each module can be handled independently during maintenance, which is quick and easy. Strong anti-interference capability: The data transmission lines of each module are independent, effectively reducing signal interference and electromagnetic interference, thus improving measurement accuracy.
  • 10-inch color capacitive touch screen with a modular operating system and GUI navigation icon design, convenient for laboratory personnel to operate.
  • The instrument is fully waterproof, and the data cable connections are treated with waterproofing to prevent liquid penetration and accumulation.
  • Multi-channel modular combination: Multiple dosing units can be combined; it supports simultaneous operation of multiple dosing units with free combination. No need to install or disassemble components; the instrument system can be built by simply arranging the modules side by side.
  • Equipped with a sealed reagent bottle, which can be filled with effective adsorption isolation materials to ensure that reagents are not polluted by air or emit volatile odors.
  • Built-in burette: The burette is integrated inside the instrument, and the status of the burette can be observed through an external viewing window, separating the solution from personnel during operation to avoid injury caused by overflow. A volumetric burette is optional. The PTFE burette tubing is corrosion-resistant.
  • A micro stepper motor automatically performs liquid aspiration, transfer, and discharge. Automated control reduces manual operation errors and improves accuracy. It ensures the consistency of liquid volume in each operation, strictly controls the amount of titrant, and achieves high repeatability and accuracy.
  • Equipped with an automatic liquid preparation function: the dosing volume, dosing interval, and dosing times can be set for liquid preparation.
  • Detailed data of all titration points can be viewed, and real-time titration curves of titration volume and potential can be displayed.
  • Multiple self-check functions are available, including pH electrode calibration and burette calibration.
  • Detailed and list results in PDF and Excel formats can be exported, supporting wireless printing.
